The medium body presents slightly sweet, but finishes dry and extremely clean with a touch of lingering bitterness. From aroma to finish this beer is certainly about balance and delicate tension. This beer would be great with a venison burger and wild rice or substitute a grilled portabella as a vegetarian option. A fresh and delicious beer for spring!
