Burning Brothers Pyro

ABV: 4.6%

This brew is impressive. Having to live up to some set standards of other “gluten-free” or “gluten-extracted” beers is never an easy task, but it has done the job and done it well. Being sorghum-based, there is a particular metallic flavor that is noticeable and very different, but by having a good amount of hopping and a full malty body, this beer drinks like a traditionally brewed Pale Ale. Settling in at 4.6% ABV, this beer is also very approachable and not very filling leaving room to drink this with barbecued meats or a white sauce pizza.
