Just like the Munich original, St. Paul Oktoberfest is held mid-September. Our kegs of Paulaner beer are imported directly from Munich and include Paulaner Oktoberfest Wiesn (brewed once a year for Oktoberfest), Paulaner Oktoberfest Märzen, Paulaner Hefe-Weizen, and Hacker-Pschorr Münchner Dunkel (dark). Saturday activities include Dachshund races and musical entertainment, from traditional polka music to Minnesota Opera singing German arias. The Minneapolis Institute of Art (Mia) will present “VESSEL,” an experimental film by Joe Horton, on September 12-22, 2019.
