Date Night at Al’s Place
Al’s Place in Northeast Minneapolis is making Valentine’s Day a month-long affair. Every Thursday night, the cozy speakeasy above Stanley's Northeast is offering a special date night menu, complete with a three-course meal and half price bottles of pinot grigio and red blend. The Wildlife Science Center, a wildlife sanctuary that’s home to Minnesota’s largest wolf pack, is offering people the chance to discover the world of dog sledding. Mushers and their dog teams will be on hand to meet attendees and give demonstrations on equipment and techniques. For an added fee, guests can even go on sled rides themselves.
