A trip to this year’s GABF brought festival-goers face-to-face with many industry legends who ushered in this new age of brewing. Among the many notable personalities were Sierra Nevada’s founder Ken Grossman, Dogfish Head’s founder Sam Calagione, Samuel Adams founder and craft beer’s billionaire Jim Koch, Brooklyn Brewing brewmaster Garrett Oliver, authors Stan Hieronymous, Randy Mosher, and John Palmer, and homebrewing legend Charlie Papazian.
