Things are happening in the Midwest’s distilling scene. Here’s a few notable updates from the past weeks.

Wollersheim Distilled Spirits

Wollersheim Winery of Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin, opened the doors to its new distillery. The distillery is making all-Wisconsin brandy, apple brandy, gin, and absinthe. Read more at Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
