Gordy’s Hi-Hat opens for its 56th year on the first day of spring, Sunday March 20.

Gordy’s Hi-Hat, located in Cloquet, Minnesota, was opened in 1960 by Gordy and Marilyn Lundquist and is still owned and operated by the Lundquist family.

The annual opening is one of the first real signs of spring here in Minnesota, even as the snow refuses to leave us completely alone.
