Another craft brewery celebrating 30 years in business will soon be joining Summit on shelves in Minnesota.

Boston’s Harpoon Brewery, founded in 1986, will be coming to the Twin Cities beginning in November. Harpoon is the 19th largest craft brewery in the country and Minnesota is the first new state they’ve expanded into in eight years.

In addition to Harpoon’s flagship IPA, the brewery will introduce their winter seasonal Harpoon Winter Warmer and their new year-round golden ale, Harpoon Sweet Spot. Harpoon’s ‘Tis the Seasonal Winter Mix sampler pack will also be available and will include IPA, Sweet Spot, Winter Warmer, and Vanilla Bean Porter.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled about bringing our beer to Minnesota,” says Harpoon CEO & Co-Founder Dan Kenary. “There’s a fantastic craft beer scene here, and we’re excited to add some New England flavor to it. Drinking beer in the Twin Cities and the north woods over the years, I’ve seen that there are many like-minded beer drinkers out here who love beer and love life like we do.”

Harpoon will be distributed locally by J. J. Taylor Distributing.
