The Details:
Linden Hills Farmers’ Market
Every Sunday, 9am to 1pm.
May 22–October 30, 2016
Upton and 43rd—Settergren’s Ace Hardware
The Vendors:
Linden Hills features a great number of small food artisans, alongside your standard produce and proteins (See a full list of vendors here). A few highlights:
Shrubs and Switchel:
Calvit’s Drinking Shrubs (pictured, above) is an ultra-newcomer whose shrubs tend towards the savory and intense. We’ve been sipping on their Ginger-Lemongrass version with club soda, and can’t wait to play around with the Tomatillo-Tamarind and a bottle of tequila.
And be on the lookout for two of our other favorites, The Twisted Shrub and Superior Switchel.

GYST pickles:
Fennel with dill, breakfast radishes, cauliflower and more—get your fermented vegetables from the Mel and Kylene (above) at GYST Fermentation Bar.
Honey & Rye Baked Goods:
They don’t usually do many muffins at their Excelsior Avenue bakehouse, but check out Honey & Rye at Linden Hills for all your morning breads and pastries that, along with a cup of Bootstrap Coffee, would make for a fine browsing breakfast at the market.
All the Granolas:
Oh Yum Granolas are chewy and moist, Ommie‘s energy bars are seed-based and delicious, perfect for the allergen-conscious.
