Parlour, the downstairs companion cocktail bar to Borough restaurant in Minneapolis’ North Loop, has debuted a new cocktail menu. Jesse Held of Jester Concepts says the new drink list won’t make you hone in on your booze of choice. Instead, it’s tailored to your reflect your state of mind.

“It’s less spirit-specific, instead it’s more about flavor, style and mood,” says Held. “Instead of ‘what do you feel like drinking’, it’s ‘how are you feeling?'”

The menu features category headings like “Refreshing”, “Adventurous”, and “Goes Down Easy”. But as we learned yesterday, they all go down easy. Our five favorites:

Sign O’ The Times: Cocchi Rosa and Cocchi Americano combine with ginger beer in light and breezy highball.

Pep Talk: Using St. George Green Chile Vodka, a crushable Collins that delivers all that vegetal pepper taste with none of the heat.

Ango 3 Ways: Angostura 7-year rum, Angostura Amaro, and Angostura Bitters combine in a refreshing tiki full of cinnamon, spice, and everything nice (pictured, top).

For Megan: Tattersall Aquavit and Grapefruit Crema, mixed with pineapple, vanilla, lime and seltzer. For each one you order, $1 goes to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Youthful Expression: The best banana daiquiri you’re ever likely to drink.
