The Draft Horse begins Sunday brunch service this weekend, April 2nd, from 10am-2pm. The restaurant in Northeast’s Food Building is known for their use of products from just down the hall—at Red Table Meats, Baker’s Field Bread and Flour, and The Lone Grazer (RIP). Those products are, naturally, to be found all over their new brunch menu (below). And hey – looks like another sighting of kernza!
