On April 13th, The Duluth Experience will host the second of four live panel discussions focused on the ever growing north craft beer community. “Crafting the North Shore Beer Scene” will take place in Duluth on the stage of the Teatro Zuccone in the Zeitgeist Arts Building downtown at 1pm.
The panel will include a number of well-known local brewers such as Dave Hoops of Fitger’s Brewhouse, Dale Kleinschmidt of Lake Superior Brewing Company, Jason Baumgarth of Carmody Irish Pub, Jeremy King of Canal Park Brewing Company, and Brian Schanzenbach of Blacklist Brewing.

Together, these knowledgeable brewers will discuss key elements that make North Shore craft beer so unique. They will share their personal views and experience on water, malt, hops, yeast, and what goes in to crafting a strong and thriving beer community. Topics such as future trends and challenges in craft brewing will also be explored. The public is encouraged to bring questions for the panel or just enjoy the discussion.
The event will be held from 1-2pm at Duluth’s Teatro Zuccone in the Zeitgeist Arts Building at 222 East Superior Street on April 13th. Tickets for each event are only $5 and all proceeds from the event will be donated to a local charity.
