The aroma hooks you with an explosion of lemon citrus. The color is bronze and crystal clear. It slowly coats your tongue with a velvet silkiness that starts to bite just before the hops dry you out, leaving you wanting more. This is a very refreshing brew that hides its 7% ABV well. Pair with a nice fruit and cheese plate that includes a blue cheese like Gorgonzola.
