The botanical elements in the amaro and absinthe will stimulate the palate—jump-starting the body’s digestive process—and making it the perfect aperitif. The bubbly, slightly dry profile make a moreish combination with a bouquet of aromas crafted to delicately begin any meal among community.
Ingredients
2 ounces Heirloom Pineapple Amaro
1 teaspoon Copper & Kings Absinthe
3 ounces brut prosecco
1 sphere cranberry juice ice
Method
Combine ingredients into stemmed wine glass over cranberry juice ice sphere. Garnish with a finger-pressed (to release the aroma) rosemary sprig inserted into the glass. Insert a festive (or transportingly tropical) designed paper straw and stir twice to combine the cocktail.

European holiday flavors come together in a smooth, easy-going, after-dinner drink. The sherry and Montenegro are lower in ABV and mix with the Dashfire Allspice to create a toasty, nutty flavor sure to conjure cozy memories. The Dampfwerk Aquavit brings all the warming goodness of a German Kümmel with botanicals used to aid digestion since the 16th century.
Ingredients
1½ ounces Amaro Montenegro
1 ounce Amontillado sherry
½ ounce Dampfwerk Aquavit
2 dashes Dashfire Allspice Bitters
Method
Combine ingredients into stirring vessel with ice and stir to chill and combine. Strain into Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a small side plate of dark chocolate and toasted nuts.

½ ounce Tattersall Amaro
¼ ounce Licor 43
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
Combine ingredients into mixing vessel with ice. Stir then strain into brandy snifter. No ice, no garnish.
