Summit has finally brewed a Double IPA, and it doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful aromas of citrus fruits and fresh-cut hay build anticipation. On the palate the intense hop flavors are an intriguing blend of citrus and earthy flavors. A sturdy backbone of UK malts provides plenty of balance making this a rather refined Double IPA. Sentyrz Smoked Chorizo pairs nicely with this big brew.
