Head over to Tapper’s Pub on Thursday from 7-10pm to chat with the Tin Whiskers crew and sample a limited release of Parity Pilsner.

It’s wine time at Social Science this Thursday.

Apparently this Thursday is also national IPA day. You know, as opposed to the other 364 days of the year.

RSVP for Pickin’ & Grinnin’ at Lift Bridge Brewing on Saturday, September 6th. Help pick some hops for their Harvestor Fresh Hop Ale, and enjoy live music and food trucks while you do.

Beginning last Sunday, Indeed Brewing is now hosting Sunday taproom hours from noon-Close. And they released Double Day Tripper at Grumpy’s NE yesterday.

The owners of El Bait Shop are reportedly planning an Iowan Craft Beer Hall in downtown Des Moines.

Craft beer production is up 18% from the mid-point of 2013, and that’s as shipments of all beer nationwide are down slightly over last year.
