TUESDAY 9: Easy & Oskey are mixing up cocktails at the Guthrie this evening from 6–7:30pm. The fete will take place in the Target Lounge, in conjunction with the Guthrie’s staging of A.R. Gurney’s The Cocktail Hour. Open to non-ticket holders as well, grab a martini and learn how to make them from two of the best bar minds in town.

WEDNESDAY 10: How much do you know about the ingredients in your beer? You’ll know a lot more after attending Wednesday’s ingredients class at the Four Firkins in Oakdale. ($10)

THURSDAY 11: Sip on Backwoods Bastard, Dark Penance, and more tasty brews from Founders during a beer dinner at McCoy’s Public House at 6:30pm. ($50)

Thursday also marks the grand opening of Eastlake Craft Brewery at Midtown Global Market.

FRIDAY 12: Want to watch our editor-in-chief Joe Alton do his little turn on the catwalk? You’ll see that and more at the first ever edition of I AM ST PAUL! at the Amsterdam Hall. Doors at 7pm. ($15)

SATURDAY 13: Get blitzed with a crowd of Old St. Nicks and support Toys For Tots in the process at the St. Paul Santa Crawl, 5pm. ($20)

And check out the pop-up shop of local purveyors at LynLake Brewery from noon-4pm.

Head to Bauhaus Brew Labs for a Holiday HoeDown at the Haus—a day of cookie decorating, bottle swaps, and holiday music from a live Mariachi band. Then, after a few pints, finish the night with “drunken caroling!”

SUNDAY 14: Insight Brewing is hosting its very first music and fundraising event, from 4–9pm. Tim Mahoney, Carl Torgerson, Dan Ristrom, Max Krauth, Mick Sterling and Cate Fierro are performing for The 30 Days Foundation, which helps families in need get back on their feet. No cover, donations accepted.

Also, get your CPR Certification and drink some beers while you’re at it at LTD Brewing, noon-7pm. ($50)

SATURDAY 13: Bemidji Brewing releases its very first 750ml bottling – their 2014 Double Porter – at their downtown Bemidji taproom at 2pm.
