Apron Strings – A Collection of Mosaic Aprons created by Judy Sell

Don’t miss the opening night celebration  of Apron Strings – a Collection of Mosaic Aprons at Mosaic on a Stick in St. Paul. This unique collection was created by local mosaic artist Judy Sell who specializes in Memoryware, artwork full of personal connotations and loaded with nostalgia. Old dishes were used in the creation of eight life-size aprons to create fabric-like patterns with hidden messages, which are universal to mothers. 7–9pm // 1564 Lafond Ave,  St. Paul

Rock Bottom Fire Chief Ale Promotion

Rock Bottom Brewery is hosting their annual Fire Chief Ale promotion—a special beer release with “fiery” menu with items like the 3-Alarm Brisket Chili and Campfire Shrimp. American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition

Meet the drys, wets, gangsters, flappers, lawmen and suffragists of America’s most colorful, complex constitutional hiccup in the new traveling exhibit “American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition” created by the National Constitution Center. Fitger’s Bockfest in Duluth

Did you miss Schell’s Bockfest, or are you ready for round two? Celebrate Bockfest up in Duluth at the Fitger’s Brewery Complex March 13–15. Each day of the event will feature food, beer, and fire. Saturday will include a “big dip” into Lake Superior, stein races, music, a torte-eating contest, a beer drinking contest, and other activities. Try Fitger’s Bock or any of their other tasty beers on tap. Celebrate this German tradition on Thursday 5–8:30pm or Friday and Saturday 12pm–10pm // 600 E Superior St, Duluth, MN

Introduction to Birding
