Spring has finally arrived, and seemingly for good this time. And in the meantime, April continues its onslaught of great shows this week.

Delta Spirit front man Matt Vasquez struck out on his own with an EP entitled “Austin” last fall, and released his debut full-length album “Solictor Returns” in February. Fans of Delta Spirit might assume that Vasquez’s solo work would lean more toward his quieter acoustic introspective side, but “Solicitor Returns” is a pretty varied affair, including a couple of the loudest rock songs he’s ever released. $15 / 18+ / Buy tickets
The Hood Internet | Turf Club | Wednesday, April 20, 9pm

While it might seem like mash-ups are so 2010, Chicago’s The Hood Internet are still going strong with their rock and hip-hop mash-ups, and their live show is always a sweaty dance fest. Considering the date that this show happens to fall on, I would expect quite an interesting crowd as well. $15 / 21+ / Buy tickets

If The Hood Internet show on Wednesday didn’t provide you with enough dance floor grinding, Get Cryphy returns for its first local show this year with one hell of a lineup of special guests. The usual suspects Jimmy 2 Times, Plain Ole Bill, Last Word, and DJ Fundo will be joined by Astronautalis, Sims, P.O.S, deM atlas, Sophia Eris (of GRRRL PRTY), I Self Devine, and many more. $8 / 18+ / Buy tickets
Bleached | 7th Street Entry | Saturday, April 23, 8pm

Los Angeles duo Bleached is comprised of sisters Jennifer and Jessie Clavin. Their sunny, melodic-yet-brash punk sound has shades of Joan Jett, The Go-Go’s, etc. On the recently released “Welcome The Worms,” they expand their sonic palette a bit from their debut album “Ride Your Heart.” $12 / 18+ / Buy tickets
