Excelsior Tap Takeover & Mr. Jimmy’s Ruby Ale Release

December 5th

Fulton Beer Dinner

Summit Rebellion Stout Release Party

Join the Summit brewers and founder Mark Stutrud for the release of Summit’s second Union Series beer, Rebellion Stout. Chat with the brewers and learn more about the beer based on an archived recipe from a brewery in Cork, Ireland.

December 7^th

Maroon & Bold Release

Damn you for getting my high school fight song in my head (“Maroon & Gold”), Pour Decisions. I’ll hold back on the serenade and recommend you check out this PDBC release crafted with Minnesota grown hops and malt. At 9% ABV and 100+ IBUs, I urge you to sip gently, friends. Look for beer specials, limited bottle edition, food from Butcher and The Boar, and beer nerds beaming with Minnesota pride!

December 10^th

Rebellion Stout Sausage Party

Join the Summit brewers for a “meat and greet” at Butcher and the Boar in celebration of Summit’s Rebellion Stout. Try the beer and join the sausage party… literally! Butcher and Boar will have sausages made with the second beer on the Union Series for your noshing pleasures.
