City of Lakes Loppet
Various Locations, Uptown and Theodore Wirth Park, Minneapolis
The City of Lakes Loppet has evolved from a large urban cross-country ski race to a three-day festival celebrating winter’s “silent sports” in the heart of Minneapolis. Events range from highly competitive XC ski races to a luminary ski tour, fat tire–bike races and of course a weekend-long Surly beer garden. Go play in the snow… and grab me a beer!
